Pathway 1
Academic Qualifications: Completion of an MQF Level 6 Degree and an MQF Level 7 Master’s degree, in fields such as management, business administration, engineering, and education.
Professional Experience: Professionals from other disciplines who meet the Level 7 and Level 6 requirements and possess at least 7 years of managerial experience.
Pathway 2
Academic Qualifications: Hold a Level 7 Master’s Degree comprising 90 ECTS in management, business administration, engineering, education, or another relevant field. Additionally, they should have a Level 5 Higher Diploma equivalent to 120 ECTS.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a specialized area directly pertinent to the doctoral research topic.
NOTE
Exit Awards: Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Organizational Philosophy (MQF Level 7)
Awarded if the student completes all phases but the thesis is not approved or if they complete the taught component but discontinue before presenting a proposal.
